Warranty & Return Policy
All the warranty periods indicated by A2Zdigitalmart, unless otherwise noted and are limited by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Please refer to the manufacturer’s website or product manual/packing for more information.
The warranty of manufacturer will only be covering the product for manufacturing defects and will not be covering any physical damage to the misuse, damage or dropping off the product. A2Zdigitalmart does not guarantee the durability of the product in terms of fitness of use and representation made by the manufacturer.
In case you want to claim warranty on the product, you must get in touch with the customer support at A2Zdigitalmart via phone (+971 43233631), WhatsApp @ +971 56 216 9424 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A complaint will be registered and our support team will allocate your complaint a Ticket number which will be the reference for further procedure.
We have an easy Return Policy. If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it, in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it in your e-wallet. Unless faulty, this should be within 7 days of receiving your order with certain time limit and conditions. Customer satisfaction is the main aim for A2Zdigitalmart and we would appreciate hearing from you at any time regarding any of your purchases made. The item less than 100 AED value are not eligible for returns items with No Warranty is not eligible for returns.
Note: Refunds and exchanges are offered at the discretion of A2Zdigitalmart Management, under the following terms and conditions:
- Inform our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The products returned should be in their original condition.
- Certain products and services are excluded from this return policy.
- These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty
- Products included hygiene products and consumable items or the product which are labeled non-refundable
- All replacements and refunds will be initiated only after the original product has reached the A2Zdigitalmart office and defect verified.
- We will refund the cost of your original delivery fee where we are at fault; however, for unwanted items, we will not refund the original delivery fee.
As per the Department of Economic Development of Dubai has stated that the following situations do not provide grounds for refund or exchange of certain goods:
- If the customer changes their mind after 7 days purchasing the item
- If the item is free from any defect
Defective or faulty returns
Our Customer Support Team will thoroughly verify the product for the defects or damage that was complained. You will be notified immediately if a refund, exchange or replacement, is not possible in case if the product has been opened and used. The refund, exchange or replacement of the product will be processed as early as we could and inform you as soon as the return is processed. Kindly allow up to 15 working days for the refund, exchange or the replacements to be processed. A2Zdigitalmart assures you the refund of the returned products within 15-working days after our support team receives the product.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard /debit card/e-Wallet (A2Zdigitalmart e-Wallet) in AED currency.
